You handle the love, we’ll handle the tech. Our dedicated A/V team will design a simple and elevated setup that fits seamlessly into your existing wedding plans. On your Big Day we’ll run the virtual event, handle camera switching and audio, manage your virtual guestbook and photo booth and even provide tech support throughout so no guest is left behind. Virtual Wedding FAQs
What exactly does Wedfuly do?
Our virtual wedding service includes all the equipment needed for an elevated, multi-angle livestream experience AND a team of professionals to help execute on your big day.
You'll work with a team of Wedfuly experts to plan and produce your wedding livestream remotely. Prior to your wedding, we'll meet virtually for both a quick planning call and mini rehearsal to get things squared away. On wedding day we'll act as your virtual "control room" and virtual wedding concierge – directing the tech setup onsite, switching camera angles, cueing up media you'd like included (i.e. music, slideshows, or videos), managing your timeline, and communicating with and providing tech support to guests.
After your wedding, you'll get two separate recordings (including recorded messages from your guests!) to watch back whenever you want, along with a virtual guestbook and photo booth snapshots from your remote guests.
How much does Wedfuly cost?
Our base package is $800 and includes all the equipment needed for an elevated, multi-angle livestream experience AND a team of remote professionals to help execute on your big day. Need someone onsite? Add-ons and upgrades are also available. Visit our Packages & Pricing page for more details.
Does Wedfuly come on-site for my wedding?
We can! With our Wedfuly Full Service package, we send one of our partner videographers onsite to capture your livestream. Most of the time, the on-site setup is quite simple, and many of our couples save money by having a friend or family member play this role.
Do I need fancy equipment?
Nope – definitely not. Wedfuly will provide tripods, phone adapters, battery packs, a mic, and a speaker. Most couples provide their own cell phones for use as cameras. We also have an upgraded rentals package that includes phones or our Wedfuly Full Service package includes a professional videographer coming onsite with equipment. We ship the equipment directly to you along with a return label, and you send it back after your wedding.
How can I be sure Wedfuly will work with my existing vendors?
Once you book with us, we'll communicate directly with your venue, DJ, musicians, etc – to ensure that a Wedfuly livestream will fit right in with your existing plans.
